I just stumbled upon this announcement today, and wanted to pass it along.  I know some of our customers have needed SharePoint Designer in the past, and have either limited their purchase of it to licensing for just one or two users in their organization, or avoided purchasing it at all.  Granted it’s not the best tool in the world for all facets of SharePoint customization, it does have its place for workflow development, so this should be helpful news for some of our clients wishing to extend their site further.
